Residential - Apartment Interiors

The site is located in a less populated area, with bungalows of various built-forms. The intent then became to create a visual statement that would hold its own ground amongst the pristine green fabric. The spaces had to enjoy appreciable connections to the outside, privacy could not be sacrificed. This house was the right balance between the inner and outer space; wherein the constructed structure stood in equality with the landscaped area.Thus was the main focus, to bring in the outdoors as much indoors.

CLIENT'S BRIEF

The client brief was to keep the space clean and minimalistic. The idea was to give an open and clutter free space with minimum partitions or internal walls.The client had requested for an amalgamation of raw and modern. The client's belief was, a responsive home, dissolving the traditional boundaries of separate rooms. Merging all spaces- living, dining and verandah within one another and have an open plan to create an immense impact on the family to spend quality time with each other.
