Commercial - Lawyers Office

The site is located in the centre of the city with colonial-era buildings on wide tree-lined streets. The building goes back to 1980's where the outside facade is in stone masonry and wooden windows.

A nice blend between rustic and finished elements was envisioned by the client.
With a carpet area of 875 sq. ft., this office space was designed to serve the needs of the client which basically consists of three main spaces: a large work room, a conference room and two director cabins.

The warmth and texture of natural wooden elements just sing against the white brick panelling, allowing each element a moment in the spotlight. Unlike the traditional enclosed cubicle, we have created an open workspace divided by a solid wood partition with sufficient storage to avoid cluttered desks. Every piece of furniture in the office space is designed with minute attention to details.
